Welcome to Lanna Wellness. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the booking and receipt of services provided by Lanna Wellness.

By using this website, requesting an appointment, booking a service, or receiving services from Lanna Wellness, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Lanna Wellness provides professional massage therapy, esthetic, wellness, and related services. All services are provided within professional and appropriate boundaries and are strictly non-sexual.

1. Appointments & Confirmation All appointment requests are personally reviewed and confirmed by Lanna Wellness. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment.

Your appointment is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Lanna Wellness. When a deposit is required, the appointment will be reserved only after the deposit has been received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information when requesting an appointment.

Appointment availability is subject to change, and Lanna Wellness reserves the right to decline, modify, or reschedule appointment requests when necessary.

2. Deposits A deposit may be required to secure an appointment, particularly for new clients, mobile services, or certain treatments.

For new clients, a $50 deposit may be required after the appointment request has been confirmed. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the scheduled service.

Deposits are refundable when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Deposits may be forfeited in the case of late cancellations or no-shows.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Clients who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment are asked to provide at least 12 hours' notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment may receive a refund of any applicable deposit or may have the deposit transferred to a new appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment or additional booking requirements for future appointments.

4. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Clients are encouraged to arrive approximately 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment when applicable.

Late arrival may result in a shortened session in order to avoid delaying other clients. The full scheduled service fee may still apply.

Clients who fail to arrive for an appointment without notice may be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit or prepayment for future appointments.

5. Payments Payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Lanna Wellness may accept payment through major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

Available payment methods may change from time to time.

Any applicable fees, taxes, or additional charges will be disclosed when required.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and authorized.

6. Mobile & Outcall Services Lanna Wellness may provide mobile or outcall services at approved residences, hotels, offices, or other appropriate locations.

Mobile appointments may be subject to travel fees based on distance and location.

Additional charges related to parking, valet parking, building access, or extended travel may apply and will be communicated when possible before the appointment.

For first-time mobile clients, Lanna Wellness may request additional information, identification, a deposit, or other reasonable verification before confirming the appointment.

The service location must provide a safe, clean, private, and appropriate environment for the service.

Lanna Wellness reserves the right to refuse or terminate a mobile appointment if the environment is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or unsuitable.

7. Health & Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for informing Lanna Wellness of any health conditions or circumstances that may affect the safety or suitability of a service.

This may include, but is not limited to, pregnancy, allergies, injuries, surgeries, medications, skin conditions, infections, cardiovascular conditions, recent cosmetic or medical procedures, or other relevant health concerns.

Clients should provide complete and accurate information before receiving treatment.

If a service is not considered appropriate or safe based on the information provided, Lanna Wellness may modify, postpone, or decline the service.

8. Medical Disclaimer Services provided by Lanna Wellness are intended for relaxation, wellness, massage therapy, skin care, esthetic care, and general well-being.

Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for evaluation or treatment by a licensed medical professional.

Clients should consult an appropriate healthcare provider regarding medical concerns or conditions.

Lanna Wellness does not provide medical diagnoses or prescribe medication.

9. Professional Conduct Lanna Wellness provides professional massage therapy, esthetic, and wellness services only.

All services are strictly non-sexual.

Sexual requests, inappropriate comments, intentional exposure, harassment, threatening behavior, or other inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

If inappropriate behavior occurs, the session may be terminated immediately.

The client may remain responsible for the full service fee, and future appointments may be refused.

10. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service Lanna Wellness reserves the right to refuse, modify, postpone, or terminate any service when reasonably necessary.

This may include situations involving contraindications, health concerns, safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, harassment, unsanitary conditions, or any other circumstance that may make the service unsafe or inappropriate.

The comfort, safety, and professional boundaries of both the client and practitioner must be respected at all times.

11. Esthetic Services & Results Results from esthetic, facial, skin care, massage, lymphatic drainage, bodywork, and wellness services vary from person to person.

Lanna Wellness does not guarantee specific results.

Some treatments may temporarily cause redness, sensitivity, dryness, mild irritation, tenderness, or other expected skin responses.

Clients are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided.

Certain esthetic treatments may require additional consent forms or pre-treatment screening before the service is performed.

12. Minors Clients under the age of 18 may require written consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.

Lanna Wellness may require a parent or legal guardian to be present during the appointment depending on the client's age, service requested, and applicable requirements.

Lanna Wellness reserves the right not to provide certain services to minors.

13. Personal Belongings Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during appointments.

Lanna Wellness is not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Clients are encouraged to keep valuable items secure.

14. Pricing, Services & Policy Changes Prices, services, availability, packages, promotions, and policies may change from time to time.

Lanna Wellness reserves the right to modify services, pricing, service descriptions, and business policies.

Whenever reasonably possible, the price communicated or confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that appointment.

Promotional offers may be subject to separate terms, expiration dates, and availability.

15. Website Content & Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, the content available through the Lanna Wellness website, including text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, service descriptions, and original materials, belongs to Lanna Wellness or is used with appropriate authorization.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes and may be updated at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lanna Wellness will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.

Clients remain responsible for providing accurate health information, communicating discomfort or concerns during services, and following applicable aftercare recommendations.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

17. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or services provided by Lanna Wellness will be handled in accordance with applicable California law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

18. Contact Us & Changes to These Terms Lanna Wellness may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in services, policies, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website or booking of services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
